On-Campus Accommodation

Hostel – Online Booking of hostel accommodation is now closed.

For those with confirmed booking, here is some advice to simplify your entry and stay at the hostel.

Entry to the Hostel

Please refer to the map at https://indiastrategy.org/venue-map/ . You must enter only through the Main Gate. At the main gate, show the Gate security:

• Printout of the mail sent to you on 6 Dec 2023, confirming your hostel accommodation, or the “Pre-Arrival Brief” sent just before the conference.
• Print-out of the receipt/screen shot that you received after payment, if any.
• Your student identity card

At R-Block, show the same documents to the security desk there, and they will give you the keys to your room in the neighbouring Q-Block. Men and women will be allotted separate floors.

Your Room

The room is basic with bed, table, chair, and Internet. There is one bathroom for every 5-6 rooms on the floor.

Please bring your own bedsheets, soap and towel. The hostel will provide bedspread and pillow. Washing machines are available in the building.

For any issue with the room contact 90087 63691 – Mr. Azeez, hostel manager. Note he does not stay in the hostel.

Meals

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided in MDC Woods. On 13th December, dinner will be provided only till 9PM in MDC hall.

Exit Restrictions

Participants are not allowed to exit campus after 10.30 pm. I they do so, then they can enter only next day morning.
