You must enter only through the Main Gate. At the main gate, show the Gate security:<\/p> <ul> <li>Printout of the mail sent to you on 6 Dec 2023, confirming your hostel accommodation, or the \"Pre-Arrival Brief\" sent just before the conference.<\/li> <li>Print-out of the receipt\/screen shot that you received after payment, if any.<\/li> <li>Your student identity card<\/li> <\/ul> <p>At R-Block, show the same documents to the security desk there, and they will give you the keys to your room in the neighbouring <b>Q-Block<\/b>. There is one bathroom for every 5-6 rooms on the floor.<\/p> <p><u>Please bring your own bedsheets<\/u>, soap and towel. The hostel will provide bedspread and pillow. Washing machines are available in the building.<\/p> <p>For any issue with the room contact 90087 63691 \u2013 Mr. Azeez, hostel manager. Note he does not stay in the hostel.<\/p> <h3>Meals<\/h3> <p>Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided in MDC Woods. On 13th December, dinner will be provided only till 9PM in MDC hall.<\/p> <h3>Exit Restrictions<\/h3> <p>Participants are not allowed to exit campus after 10.30 pm. I they do so, then they can enter only next day morning.<\/p>\n<h2>MDC Hotel - Online booking of the MDC hotel is now closed.<\/h2> <p>Those with confirmed booking should please carry any government-issued photo ID as proof of identity at check-in.<\/p> <p>Payment is to be made at MDC reception while checking out.<\/p> <p>Note that as this is a privately-run hotel, neither IIMB nor the ISC 2023 conference have any say in the MDC operations.<\/p> <p>For any information please contact the MDC reception desk at<br \/>email id. <a href=\"mailto:iimbreceiption@iimb.ac.in\">iimbreceiption@iimb.ac.in<\/a>.
